Privacy Policy

• Account details, including your name and email address.
• CV or resume files and other source files you upload.
• Your career history and the Career Intelligence Profile built from it.
• Job descriptions, links and target-job information you add.
• AI-generated analyses, company and job research, and interview reports.
• Feedback you send us.
• Activity and usage information about how the service is used.
• Payment transaction metadata: plan, amount, currency, payment status and payment references. We do not receive or store your full card number, CVV or UPI PIN.

We use your information to operate your account, build your Career Intelligence Profile, analyse job fit, research companies, generate reports, manage Job Credits, process payments, provide support, and keep the service secure and working.

Career information, job descriptions and research inputs are sent to third-party AI providers so that profiles, analyses and reports can be generated. Outputs are AI-generated and may be incomplete or incorrect. You should review any claim before using it in an application or interview.

We use third-party providers for:

• AI processing
• backend infrastructure and databases
• file storage
• authentication
• payment processing (Razorpay)
• hosting

These providers process information on our behalf so the service can function. We do not claim that your information is never processed by third parties, and we do not claim zero retention, zero logging, or any security or regulatory certification.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Card, UPI and bank credentials are entered on Razorpay's own hosted checkout and are never stored by us. We retain the payment reference, amount, currency, status and your acceptance of the purchase terms.

Data is stored in our managed cloud backend. Uploaded CVs and generated report PDFs are held in private storage; access requires an authenticated, time-limited link. Database access is restricted per user by row-level security rules, and provider credentials are handled only on the server. No service can guarantee absolute security.

We retain your data while your account exists and for as long as needed for the purposes described above. Some payment and transaction records may be retained after account deletion for accounting, reconciliation and fraud-prevention purposes.

From your Account page you can:

• export your data
• delete your uploaded CV and source files
• delete your Career Intelligence Profile
• delete your account

“Export My Data” produces a JSON file containing only your own account, career, job, report, usage and billing metadata. It never contains API keys, payment credentials, system secrets or other users' data.

Deleting your account removes your career profile, uploaded files, jobs, analyses, reports, report PDFs, research records and usage history, and removes personal fields from retained transaction records. Unused Job Credits are not refunded on deletion.

The service is not intended for use by children and is designed for working adults and job seekers.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by a new policy version shown at the top of this page.
